At this page, you will be able to configure your dashboard language, timezone, metrics units, payment settings, permissions, and integrations.

We organized this setting page by categories, and each category has differents configurations. Many of the settings, displays a popup which can be of two types:

Fill Text Popup.

      A) This title indicates the setting that you´re configuring.

      B) This text shows the field that you must fill.

      C) Here is where you write the text that you want to edit.

      D) Click to save changes and go back to the settings page.

      E) Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out the window to discard changes.

Select Option Popup.

      A) This title indicates the setting that you´re configuring.

      B) This text shows the field that you must fill.

      C) When clicking on this, displays a list of options according to the setting.

      D) Click to save changes and go back to the settings page.

      E) Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out the window to discard changes.

Communication

1.- This is the header of the category.

2.- This category contains the "Email From" configuration that displays a "Fill Text Popup" where you write the email address that sends all the emails to your users, drivers, and business owners.

Site Settings

This category contains all the settings of your dashboard, apps, and website.

1.- This feature is not longer available here anymore, now you can set your site name site from the builder.

2.- This feature is not longer available here anymore, now you can set your URL site from the builder.

3.- When clicking on this displays a popup where you can upload a logo for your dashboard.

      3.1. When clicking on this opens a window to choose a picture from your computer.

      3.2. Click here to upload your image and save changes to the logo of the dashboard.

      3.3. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

4.- When clicking on this displays a "Fill Text Popup" where you write the currency type. You could write the currency symbol or name. For example, you could write $ or USD.

5.- When clicking on this displays a "Select Option Popup" where you choose your default time zone from a list.

6.- When clicking on this displays a "Select Option Popup" where you choose the measurement unit between kilometers or miles.

7.- When clicking on this displays a "Select Option Popup" where you choose the time format between 12 or 24 hours.

8.- When clicking on this displays a "Select Option Popup" where you choose the number of decimal points in your apps and website between, you can set no decimal point choosing 'zero' option or up to a maximum of 10 decimals.

9.- When clicking on this displays a popup where you select the fields that the end user sees in the checkout.

      9.1. This label indicates the description of the field.

      9.2. If this field has yes value, then the user must write the field to finish his order. Otherwise, if this field has 'no' value, then the user doesn't need to fill it.

      9.3. This switch administrates if the user can see the element at the checkout page.

      9.4. Click to save changes to the checkout page.

      9.5. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

10.- When clicking on this displays a "Select Option Popup" where you choose the delivery type between 'map' or 'dropdown.'

Manage Language

This category contains all the language setting of your dashboard, apps, and website.

1.- Here you can add or remove languages.

      1.1. Write a language name to find it.

      1.2. Click here to add a language.

            1.2.1. Here you must write the shortcode of the language. For example, some standard shortcodes are English-en, Spanish-es, German-de.

            1.2.2. Here you must write the full name of the language.

            1.2.3. Click to create a language and go back to the setting language page.

            1.2.4. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

      1.3. Click to edit an existent language just click in the row of the language you want to modify, otherwise, select a row at the checkbox and then click on edit button at the color line. When modifying a language a window like add language window appears, the functionality is the same

      1.4. When clicking on this button, delete the languages of selected rows after a confirmation alert.

      1.5. Mark the check box of the language you want to remove or edit. If you click at "All," then all the checkboxes are checked or unchecked.

      1.6. Mark the box of the language you want as a default language. You can only set one default language.

      1.7. Only languages that have his switch enables will be available on the app and website.

2.- Here you can edit all the text that appears in the app

      2.1. Write the lang variable name or his content to find easier a text at the app or website.

      2.2. This field is the name that the code program use to identify every text in the app.

      2.3. This field is the text that appears in the app.

      2.4. Click to edit a text.

            2.4.1. Here you select the language that you want to modify.

            2.4.2. This field is the name that the code program use to identify every text in the app.

            2.4.3. Here you write the new text, which you want to modify.

            2.4.4. Click to save changes to the text and go back to the user language list.

            2.4.5. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

      2.5. Here you can set the number of variables that the page displays, you can also select to shows all the variables.

      2.6. Here you can navigate between pages to explore all the lang variables.

3.- Here you can edit all the text that appears in the dashboard, the functionality is the same as user language setting.

Payment options.

In this section, you can administrate all about payment settings.

1.- Click here to open a window with payment settings.

      1.1. Click to save changes to payment settings and go back to the setting page.

      1.2. Click to quit without saving changes.

      1.3. Indicates that the changes apply to every business. To modify every single store payment settings you can see this article.

      1.4. Check the box to enable this payment setting. Some settings are not included and need to buy them.

      1.5. Click here to set Stripe settings. You can find more info about Stripe here: https://stripe.com/

            1.5.1. Select the Live payment method to use Stripe in your apps.

            1.5.2. Here you must write the API Key that Stripe gives you.

            1.5.3. Here you must write the Publishable Key that Stripes gives you.

            1.5.4. Click to save changes and go back to the setting page.

            1.5.5. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

Business Enhancements

1.- This category contains the "Copy Business" configuration that displays a "Select Option Popup" where you set if it's possible to copy a store. We recommend to disable this options and enable only when you want to copy a store and then disable again.

Entrepreneur

1.- Here you can enable or disable the permission to see users on different admin panel level access.

            1.1. Set if the admin can see the users.

            1.2. Set if the business can see the users.

            1.3. Click to save changes and go back to setting page.

            1.4. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

Delivery

1.- This category contains the "Drivers" configuration that displays a "Select Option Popup" where you enable or disable the Drivers extension on your admin panel.

Integrations Settings

This category contains all the integrations settings.

1.- Click to see/edit your one signal API setting for your Ordering App. We fill this configuration; we recommend not to modify these settings.

      1.1. This field is your One signal App id.

      1.2. This field is your One signal App Token.

      1.3. Click to save changes and go back to setting page.

      1.4. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.

2.- Click to see/edit your one signal API setting for your Orders App. We fill this configuration; we recommend not to modify these settings.

3.- Click to see/edit your one signal API setting for your Delivery App. We fill this configuration; we recommend not to modify these settings.

4.- When clicking on this to show a "Fill Text Popup" to see/edit your Google Maps API Key. We could fill this configuration; otherwise, you can do it on your own.

5.- Click here to configure your Cloudinary API. You must create an account here: https://cloudinary.com/users/register/free

      5.1. Here you must write your cloud name from Cloudinary.

      5.2. Here you must write your API Key from Cloudinary.

      5.3. Here you must write your API Secret from Cloudinary.

      5.4. Click to save changes and go back to setting page.

      5.5. Click to quit without saving changes; you can also click out of the window to discard changes.
